Pucker up buttercup!! This scrub gently removes dead skin cells and helps moisturize dry lips. A little bit goes a long way, use 1x-2x weekly. Use prior to applying lip serum &/or lip balm. Remove a small amount (scoop provided) and gently massage into lips. Use a tissue or washcloth to remove excess sugar. Apply lip serum, lip balm or lipstick.
